Auto-Transposer is a free tool that transposes chord progressions to all 12 musical keys. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User-Submitted Content

When you submit chord progressions, artist names, or song titles, this content is stored in our database and may be displayed publicly on the site (e.g., in recent transpositions or popular progressions). By submitting content, you confirm that:

• You have the right to submit the content.
• The content does not infringe on any third-party rights.
• You grant Auto-Transposer a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use the submitted content as part of the Service.

4. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to submit offensive, abusive, or illegal content.
• Attempt to disrupt or overload the Service through automated requests or abuse.
• Scrape or harvest data from the Service without permission.

5. Intellectual Property

Chord progressions themselves are not copyrightable. However, the design, code, and original content of Auto-Transposer are owned by Auto-Transposer and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Auto-Transposer is provided free of charge. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to errors in transposition results.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
